'Order for the Chaotic Mind' is designed to support neurodivergent people in developing a greater awareness of their own personal power. It will teach organizational skills through exploring Chaos Theory, mindfulness, reflecting on internal thoughts, feelings and divergent strengths. 


This is a mini course that will take you about 20-25 hours to complete, should you engage with all the materials fully.


No particular background or training is needed prior to taking this course. 


The objectives of this course are to:

  • Define chaos theory
  • Reflect on self as 'dynamic sensitive system'
  • Explain how the butterfly effect works
  • Apply the butterfly effect to a personal situation
  • Understand behaviour based on past experience
  • List ways to bring order to chaotic feelings and thoughts
  • Apply mindfulness, art and logic to secure personal regulation
