Neurodiversity Basics
For Parents & Caregivers
This course is designed for parents and caregivers who want to learn more about neurodiversity in a clear and in-depth manner.
In Chapter 1, we cover the origin of neurodiversity and explain the struggles and stigmas of neurodiversity, with some ways to be respectful to this population - which is extermely important when addressing a loved one.
In Chapter 2, we explore how to be a good parent and who to trust. This chapter is explores a few myths and provides you a good strategy to be supportive and give your child the best in life.
In Chapter 3, we help you support your child as they grow up and we also provide some ideas on schooling and parenting styles. We do our best to help you be a "better" parent to your neurodiverse child and we really hope it is useful to you.
